Wise Township is a self zoned entity with smart growth planning aspirations. The Master Plan details our history, where we are currently, and where we want to be in the future as a community. Included with the Master Plan are two maps, existing land use and the future land use.
The Master Plan and Zoning Ordinances may be viewed at the Township Hall during regular township meetings or zoning meetings-see calendar.
Our Zoning Ordinance gives detail on many land use issues and provide the guidelines for proper land use.
